With over twenty-five years in fast-paced corporate environments, I bring a deep

understanding of leadership challenges and organisational dynamics.


I have been part of ten business transformations: as an employee, a team

leader, and an HR professional, which gives me a 360° view of what change

feels like from every angle.


Having worked across ten functional areas in three different countries, I connect

easily with diverse teams and know how to design learning experiences that

resonate and deliver results.


I hold a coaching certificate from Henley Business School, an Insights

Discovery Practitioner Accreditation.

I am also an Associate Certified Coach through the ICF (International Coaching Federation).


I offer my clients a blend of business acumen, cross-cultural insight, and

hands-on HR experience, which allows me to support fundamental transformation in

ways that are both strategic and human.
