the Coaching Approach

Intake conversation - We begin with a call to explore your situation, goals, and whether coaching is suitable for you.

Co-creating your program - If we decide to continue together, we’ll design a coaching journey which suits you, agreeing on how many sessions you may require, the ideal frequency, and overall period of time.

Evolve & adapt - We discuss and evaluate the progress we make during the coaching program. If your requirements change, we adapt the program to best suit your needs.
